Bournda Digital Herbarium - Under Construction

What plants are found in Bournda National Park?

Bournda National Park has a great variety of plants and a wonderful herbarium was compiled by local botanist Dane Wimbush for Bournda EEC. Dane compiled the herbarium in 1991 and there have been a few taxanomic changes since then.  Our digital herbarium project will make this resource available to students, teachers and the general public. A big thank you to Dane for helping us bring the resource up to date.

Thank you to Jackie Miles for information supplied about name changes; no doubt there will be others and we will adjust them over time.

Bournda EEC also gratefully acknowledges the generous support of Don and Betty Wood for the use of their copyrighted images.

The italicised species pages below are "completed" - comments, suggestions, feedback are welcome.
