Description:
The Project aims to support the conservation and rehabilitation of endangered ecological communities and habitat known or likely to sustain threatened species on private land by:
Providing appropriate landholders who have management agreements with advice, endemic plants, fencing materials and labour support;
Providing advice, on-ground assistance and plants to enhance conservation outcomes of other related conservation projects and individual landholders;
Enabling involvement of Koori, volunteer and community-based groups in threatened species conservation work; and,
Undertaking an educative and networking role within the local community to raise the profile and understanding of endangered ecological communities and threatened species.
