Welcome to the South Coast Aboriginal Education Project.
The purpose of this project is to provide a range of
resources to support schools with their work in Aboriginal
Education. The project will be available to all schools,
any stage groups and all community groups.
Consultation
activities
Contact has been made with the Regional AECG committee
advising them of the project. No content will be published
or distributed to schools without the endorsement of the
AECG, the relevant Lands Council and the owners of any
cultural information referred to. These consultation
principles are important and schools will be advised to
follow the same procedures when conducting their own
research.
Other groups which have been consulted to date include the
Bega Aboriginal Lands Council and the Joint Gulaga/Biamanga
National Park Management Boards
